Marvelous Keto Life

I chose to go Keto on September 1st, 2019. I don’t make lifestyle decisions like this lightly. I have to do lots of research and really look at all aspects before I dive in. Once I dive in however, I am usually all in. That’s how I’ve always been.

I am doing this for my health. Many of you probably are aware that I have several pretty serious autoimmune diseases and I am only 30 years old. This is what sparked my interest in making a huge change in the way I live my life. I have currently tried and failed, or I am currently taking, every drug for SLE Lupus currently on the market. My options now are to wait for the pharmaceutical companies to come out with more medicine and to stay out of the hospital until then.

If you know me and my personality (Slytherin) I am not the type just to lie down without a fight and accept impending doom. I am very motivated, driven, and independent. I want to take my life by the horns and Lupus has always impaired me and my goals. I was legally disabled by the time I was 29 years old. I had to start this journey and hopefully you will enjoy the ride with me! 🙂

I will share with you pictures, recipes, and tips I have found helpful for me along the way. Whether or not they are my recipes I will still share them. If they aren’t mine I will of course properly give the owner credit as I usually do. Just wanted to make this clear.

I am going to add a PHAT Friday post specifically for my Keto/Neora Lifestyle updates. This stands for Pleasant, Hungry, Appetizing, and Tasty Friday! I will choose one part each Friday that applies directly to my post. If it’s a recipe I may choose Tasty or Appetizing for my Header. I may have a post that is relevant to all four! Just realize that this is what all this is about.

I used Neora Wellness products and have as part of my health journey. I have used them for the last year and loved them so much I became a part of the Neora family! I did it because it helps with my SLE Lupus, CFS, POTS, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Migrainous Vertigo, etc.

I have several chronic conditions that I feel receive several benefits from taking these products. Am I a doctor? No of course not. Do I know how my body feels and what makes me feel better? Heck yes! Plus, when modern medicine fails you, I turn to a more holistic natural form of medicine.

I always have done this and it has helped me. Has it cured me? No, of course not. There is definitely no cure for any of my conditions. Has it helped improve my personal quality of life? Definitely! 🙂

If you want to check out my family’s Neora wellness products our link is below. No pressure of course, I only use them because they work for me and I mainly use the Wellness products.
